We are looking for a qualified, positive, and professional Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, fast-growing company in Woodinville, WA. You will provide support to the sales team and very often respond directly to our customer and prospect inquiries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should be able to juggle dozens of inquiries at any given time. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining world class customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
• Respond timely to customer requests for quotation (RFQ’s) while developing and monitoring timelines for appropriate follow up
• Input customer orders timely and accurately while coordinating with operations and warehouse as needed
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer accounts or orders
• Provide data and guides to support the sales team
• Correspond with vendors and suppliers related to customer orders
• Develop and maintain adequate documentation of important customer information within CRM and related systems
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important key performance indicators
• Keep record of sales trends, while identifying and generating sales leads and cross-sell opportunities
• Liaise with sales team to develop specific sales strategies and assist in their execution
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
• Suggest sales and operational process improvements

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and independently identify solutions
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills

• High school degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
